on the left is a cement sculpture of (the 4 heavenly kings) "si da tien wang". its about the height of 2 adults and was custom design and sculpted in 1999. it was a very very long duration project due to the size of the figuring. in sept.08, they called us back for a repaint job. the sculpture was in quite bad shape when i went there at first, the ventilation was very poor so the smoke of all the incense were being trapped in the temple and thus the sculpture became very black and oily. i nearly can't see any cloured parts initially.
